I won’t pretend to know what you’re going to blog about, so I won’t bother writing a fake blog post for you. I’m not even sure if you’re going to want a blog on your website. If you don’t, or you want to hide it until you’re ready to go with a few posts, you can always remove ‘Blog’ from the Main Menu which can be found under Appearance > Menus.
